WHAT TRAINING MEANS TO ME?
We all want to be happy and healthy; we are ready to do everything for that. Growth, learning, knowledge and understanding are humanity's greatest motivation, yet uncertainties come in life and we want to know how the universe works to avoid uncertainty. We hone our skills, art and body, to deal with uncertainty. We call it preparedness training to avoid the challenges that life throws at us. Training teaches us the meaning of growth, perseverance, focus and discipline.

TRY TO FINISH SMALL INCREMENTS
It's a simple thing whenever we have a very intense workout day a pit of fear starts forming in our stomach even before going to the gym, but mentally we can break it into smaller pieces to make the workout more digestible If we repeat a positive affirmation in every 10 minutes, we feel refreshed as before.

AVOID CLOCK
Staying on how far you have to go, how much workout you have to do, time passes slowly. If you keep walking without looking at the time, you may be able to go far, you will be surprised to know how fast time is running out.
