About Us
Tivisha Dance Fitness Studio (TDFS) is a ladies-only fitness and wellness center located in Vishnu Garden, Near Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. We provide Zumba, Aerobics, Yoga, HIIT, Circuit Training, Step Aerobics, Pilates, Strength Training, Meditation, Wellness Coaching, and customized fitness programs under the guidance of expert fitness trainer Mrs. Sarika.

Health Responsibility: Members should consult a medical professional before starting any exercise program.
Participants are responsible for informing trainers about any existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns.
Results Disclaimer: Weight loss, inch loss, flexibility improvement, strength gain, and fitness transformation results vary from person to person.
Results depend on attendance, effort, nutrition, lifestyle, consistency, and individual body conditions.
TDFS does not guarantee any specific fitness result within a fixed period.
Limitation of Liability: TDFS, its trainers, staff, and management shall not be held responsible for injuries, health complications, accidents, or losses arising from participation in fitness activities, except where required by law.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: 
Membership Fees: All membership fees are payable in advance.
Fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
Trial Classes: Trial classes may be offered at the discretion of TDFS.
Trial offers may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
CancellationMembers wishing to discontinue their membership should inform management in advance.
Missed classes due to personal reasons are generally not refundable.
Exceptional Cases: Any refund request due to medical or extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed solely at the discretion of TDFS management.
